The Chinese Healing Arts Center
The Chinese Healing Arts Center, was founded by Grandmaster T.K. Shih, OMD and his wife, De Ying Huang, OMD, 1984. Daughters Melanie Shih, OMD, and Taiji Master Wendy Shih assume their roles as sixth generation healers for the family, and carrying forth their family traditions of the classical healing arts and traditional medicines of China.

Dr. Melanie Shih’s primary clinic. The Kingston center was the original center for Grandmaster Shih’s teaching, as many students from his early days in the U.S. will so fondly remember. Now, Dr. Melanie Shih carries the tradition of her family here as a sixth generation healer.
Our center offers full clinical services of Chinese medicine; Acupuncture, Moxabustion, Cupping, Tui Na, Guasha, Facial Rejuvenation and Qi healing. We also teach Tai Chi and medical Qi Gong. We offer 6 days Qi Healing program to become successful qi healer and Qi Gong therapy training program with certification. Our centers also offer yearly and seasonal qigong seminars, and more!
